The Insight Group worked closely with Quadstone and its advertising agency to develop a positioning strategy to grow the brand. Quadstone is a leader in the field of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with over five years of successes in the U.K., but with little recognition in the U.S. The Insight Group interviewed Quadstone's Management Team, its customers in Europe and prospects who used other competitive products. From these extensive interviews, we determined how to differentiate the brand and clearly explain its "predictive marketing software" to new users. A major advertising campaign broke in business publications in June, 2000. After the ads broke, weekly web hits jumped 350% and daily web hits increased over 500%. Quadstone received requests for information from Nieman Marcus and other large corporations they had been trying to reach. |
